As an OBM I will help you systemize and automate your business processes to ensure that tasks are assigned to a designated person and are being completed in the time and manner that align with the vision of your business.
I am a mother of two boys, a farmer’s wife, and obsessed with the color purple. I am a self-proclaimed chef cooking creatively. I love making nutritious meals for my family, and doing it in the most efficient way possible! Efficiency is my JAM!!! Just ask me about my instant pot!
My love of learning has landed me where I am today. With a degree in psychology and certifications in email marketing, social media management, and soon-to-be online business management (completion April 2021), I am able to serve you to the highest standards. I come to you with nearly 20 years of customer service experience, 10 of those in the online space, and 5 working as a VA. From working with a wide array of businesses, I found my heart is in organizing and systemizing the essential systems businesses need to operate efficiently.
